Students of arts from Lalit Kala Campus, Jaya Sharma and Upakar Dharmal, blindfolded themselves and dressed in white and black dress respectively, and demonstrated a 50-minute-long performance art titled ‘Bhyalu’, meaning, ‘Importance’, at different locations of Kathmandu city, last month.

As a part of their performance tactics, Sharma distributed original 1 Rupee coin to the passersby, while Dharma distributed fake coins made from iron. The performance art was implemented to draw the attention of people towards the value of coins.
