PediaSure launched in Nepalese Market


PediaSure, a world-renowned children’s nutrition supplement was launched by G.P. Trading Pvt. Ltd─ sole agent of Abbott Nutrition in Nepal─ to the Nepalese market in a new packaging line and with special price. Under the theme ‘Designed for Value’ the packaging range launch included senior management and employees of G.P. Trading and senior representatives of Abbot Nutrition on April 27 at Yak & Yeti Hotel, Kathmandu.

A glass of PediaSure contains the essential nutrients of protein, carbohydrate and fat thus providing essential dietary requirements for children’s physical and mental development. PediSure can be purchased from large retail shops in 1 kg and 400gm cartons; available in chocolate and vanilla flavors.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Mr. Harsh Sanghai, Director, G.P. Trading said “We wanted to expand our market to allow a wider range of parents to buy PediaSure for their children and provide them with essential nutrients during their growing years. This launch is the result of our decision to expand the market,” adding “We have reached a key milestone as we can now offer the consumers a chance to provide vital nutritional support to their children at an affordable price.”

With PeidaSure two other products were also launched to provide vital nutrients namely Ensure; for adults and Simmom; for lactating mothers.
